RIEGER control valves are especially convincing in pharmacy, but also in the food sector by strength and durability. This is based on the PTFE flow control bellows which ensure uninterrupted production processes and product safety.
Longer production cycles mean lower maintenance costs and higher productivity.
On the product side, the control valves are equipped with PTFE bellows. The control behavior (Kv values) can be customized to your processes on site. For this we need as a basis for calculating the desired Kv values at 50 % and 100 % (= Kvs or Cvs) valve opening.
Note:
Kv = Cv x 0,86
Cv = Kv x 1,16
Because of the modular system, a change of the actuators between – manual (DN 10-100 or 3/8"-4") or pneumatic with positioner (DN 25-100 or 1"-4") – is always possible.
